Instructions:

  1. Mix flour and salt in a large bowl until well combined, creating a base for your tortellini dough.

  2. Create a well in the center of the flour mixture, making space for the wet ingredients.

  3. Whisk together the eggs, oil, and water in a separate bowl until thoroughly combined, creating a smooth liquid mixture.
