Ingredients:
- 14 pre-cooked beef meatballs (frozen food)
- 1/2 stalk green onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- Fried shallots, for garnish
- 3 large cloves garlic
- Pepper powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1 candlenut
- 1 pack of instant noodles (brand: Cap 2 Ayam)

- Begin by grinding the garlic, candlenut, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Sauté the Spices:
- Heat a little oil in a pan, then add the ground spices. Sauté until fragrant, then set aside.

Cook the Broth:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the sautéed spice paste, adjusting the seasoning with salt, sugar, and more pepper powder to taste.

Simmer the Meatballs:
- Add the beef meatballs to the pot. Toss in the chopped green onions and celery. Let it simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through.

- Pour the hot soup into bowls. Add boiled yellow noodles, garnish with fried shallots, and serve with sambal on the side for an extra kick.
