Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients from Bahan B, excluding the kaffir lime and bay leaves, until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat a sufficient amount of oil over medium heat, then sauté the blended spices until fragrant.
- Add the fried eggs and tofu to the skillet, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour in the coconut milk and, if desired, add bouillon powder for extra flavor.
- Allow the mixture to simmer until it reduces by half, achieving a thick, rich consistency.
- Turn off the heat, serve in bowls, and garnish with fried shallots on top.
