Multi-floral Honey 40g
Fresh Liquid Cream 80g
Walnuts (broken into pieces) 50g

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pears:

    • Begin by washing and drying the pears. Once clean, slice them in half lengthwise.
    • Place the pear halves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    • Drizzle the pears with a touch of extra virgin olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) in static mode (conventional oven).
