Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: Start by seasoning the goat cheese (caprino) with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

  2. Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface. Using a 3.5 cm diameter round cutter, cut out 40 discs. Place 20 of these discs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Cut Smaller Discs: Take the remaining 20 discs and use a smaller 2.5 cm cutter to make smaller circles in the center of each one, creating 1 cm wide rings.
