Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans
Instructions:

1 | Combine 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/3 cup sugar in a bowl; cut 1/2 cup butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. |

4 | Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine 2/3 cup sugar, honey, 3 tablespoons flour, salt, eggs, 2 tablespoons butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. |
5 | Pour the mixture over the prepared crust in the pan. |
6 | Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, shielding with foil the last 5 minutes, if necessary, to prevent excessive browning. |
7 | Allow the pie to cool on a wire rack. |
8 | Once cooled, cut into 1 1/2 x 1-inch bars. |
9 | Yield: Approximately 4 1/2 dozen finger pies. |
