This vibrant and flavorful dish combines the ease of instant noodles with the heartiness of meatballs, the freshness of leafy greens, and the richness of a perfectly cooked egg. It’s a quick and satisfying meal that brings together a symphony of tastes and textures.

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Indomie instant noodles (flavor of your choice, Soto flavor recommended)
- 2 meatballs (Bakso)
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch of fresh green mustard greens (Sawi hijau)
- 1 tablespoon finely ground red chili (Cabe Merah Halus)
- 1 red onion (Bawang Merah)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Optional Toppings:
- Kerupuk (crackers), to taste
- Fried shallots (Bawang Goreng), to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Begin by heating the cooking oil in a frying pan. While the oil is heating, thinly slice the red onion. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and sauté until they are fragrant and golden brown. Next, add the finely ground red chili to the pan, stirring continuously until the chili slightly changes color. Pour in the cup of water and bring it to a boil.
Step 2: When the water reaches a rolling boil, gently add the egg, meatballs, and the Indomie noodles. Allow the noodles to cook until they are halfway done. Then, add the chopped mustard greens and the seasoning from the Indomie packet. Continue cooking until everything is well combined and the noodles are fully cooked.
Step 3: Cook to your desired consistency, ensuring that all ingredients are heated through and the flavors are well melded. Once done, remove from heat and transfer to serving dishes.
Step 4: Garnish with optional toppings such as Kerupuk and fried shallots if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy this comforting and delicious meal!
This dish is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, offering a balance of savory, spicy, and fresh flavors. Enjoy your meal!
