Tongseng Sapi: Savory Indonesian Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pound beef or goat meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 small head of cabbage, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • A splash of soy sauce
  • For the spice paste:
    • 5 cloves garlic
    • 6 bird’s eye chilies (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
