  • 250 grams chicken breast fillet
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fried shallots
  • 4 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery or celery leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 egg (for the mixture)
  • 1 egg (for coating)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture:

    • Begin by finely chopping the chicken breast fillet. For a smoother texture, you can use a food processor to blend the chicken into a paste. Add the garlic cloves and continue blending until well combined.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken paste with the fried shallots, tapioca flour, all-purpose flour, grated carrot, chopped green onion, and chopped celery. Mix thoroughly.
