- 4 tablespoons Non-MSG Bouillon Powder
- 3 stalks Lemongrass (bruised)
- 7 leaves Kaffir Lime
- 7 leaves Bay Leaves
- 6 tablespoons Tomato Puree
- Cooking Oil (Ghee or Coconut Oil, as needed)
- Fried Shallots (for garnish, as needed)
- Raisins (as needed)
For the Beef Seasoning:
- 750 g Beef (cut into pieces, ready to cook)
- 8 Shallots (finely ground)
- 4 cloves Garlic (finely ground)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Ground Coriander
- 2 tablespoons Palm Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Soy Sauce (as needed)
- 1 large Onion (cut into pieces)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Beef:
