Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 block of tofu
- Cucumber, as needed
- Bean sprouts, as needed
For the Peanut Sauce:

- Roasted peanuts
- Shallots
- Garlic cloves
- Dried chili peppers
- Bird’s eye chili peppers
- Palm sugar
Steps:

Prepare the Ingredients:
- Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside.
- Fry the egg to your desired doneness and set aside.
- Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for a minute, then drain and set aside.
- Slice the cucumber into thin, bite-sized pieces.

- In a food processor or mortar and pestle, grind the roasted peanuts until smooth.
- Add shallots, garlic, dried chili peppers, and bird’s eye chili peppers to the ground peanuts and continue to grind until you achieve a smooth consistency.
