Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken
- 10 shallots
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- Ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions:
- Peel and thinly slice the shallots, garlic, and onion.
- Marinate the chicken with kaffir lime leaves, salt, and seasoning for 1-2 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan, then sauté the sliced shallots, garlic, and onion until lightly browned.
- Add the chicken and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste.
- Stir-fry until the chicken turns white.
- Add soy sauce according to preference.
- Pour in water to adjust the amount of sauce desired. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Once cooked through and flavorful, remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
