- 12 shallots

- Coriander

- Turmeric

- Ginger

- Bay leaves
- Lemongrass
- 1 packet of instant seasoning (Ladaku)
- Salt
- Flavor enhancer (optional)
- Cooking oil
- Water
Instructions:

- Clean the beef liver thoroughly, then boil until tender. Set aside.
