Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 8 large red chilies, deseeded
- 6 bird’s eye chilies
- 3 candlenuts
- 3 palm sugars
- 2 packs coconut milk (Kara brand)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (Saori)
- Salt and water to taste
