  • 1/2 small glass of water
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Cut the beef into cubes. Do not wash the beef before marinating.
    • Gently crush the papaya leaves and use them to wrap the beef cubes. Let the beef marinate with the papaya leaves for about 30 minutes. After marinating, rinse the beef thoroughly to remove any papaya leaf residue.
  2. Make the Marinade:

    • In a blender or food processor, blend the garlic, coriander seeds, candlenuts, palm sugar, tamarind paste, and kaffir lime leaves until smooth.

    • Heat about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
