  • 3 bay leaves
  • To taste: sugar, salt, ground pepper
  • Cooking oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fish: Rub the cleaned and cut gurami fish pieces with lime juice and salt. Let them marinate for 30 minutes to eliminate any fishy odor.
