Telur Dadar Kilat: Quick and Savory Indonesian Egg Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 small bird’s eye chili, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk green onion, finely sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking
