Instructions
- 
Prepare the Batter: - Begin by placing the eggs into a mixing bowl.
- Using an electric hand mixer, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the ricotta cheese and continue mixing until smooth.
 
- 
Add Dry Ingredients: - Gradually incorporate the flour into the egg mixture. Add all at once to make it easier to mix.
- Mix in the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Keep stirring with the mixer to ensure all ingredients are well blended.

Fold in Chocolate Chips: - Gently fold half of the dark chocolate chips into the batter. This will give the cake its signature chocolatey goodness.

Bake the Cake: - Prepare a 20 cm round cake pan by lining it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and level the top with a spatula.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) in static mode.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown. Use a toothpick to test for doneness—insert it into the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean, it’s ready.

Cool and Serve: - Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, remove the cake from the pan and transfer it to a serving platter.
- Garnish with the remaining chocolate chips on top for an extra touch of indulgence before serving.
