Ingredients:

2/3 Cornmeal
1/3 All-purpose flour
3 Dark brown sugar
1 Baking powder
1/2 Baking soda
1/4 Table salt
1/2 Ground cinnamon
2 Apple cider vinegar
3/4 Canola oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Coat a 6-muffin tin with cooking spray.
