    In a large pot, bring 2 liters of milk to a boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent the milk from burning. Let the milk reduce by half, which will make the kheer richer and creamier.

  3. Cooking the Kheer:
    Once the milk has reduced to half, add the soaked Jhangora, sugar, rose water, and chopped almonds to the pot. Stir the mixture gently. Allow the kheer to simmer on low to medium heat for about 5 to 8 minutes, or until it thickens to your desired consistency.

    Adjust the thickness of the kheer according to your preference. If you like it thicker, cook it for a few more minutes. Once done, remove the pot from the heat.
