Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cashews and Pistachios:

    In a thick-bottomed, heavy pan, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the condensed milk and powdered cashews. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Once mixed, add the milk powder and rose water.     Once the mixture has thickened to a dough-like texture, turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture onto a plate to cool. This will make it easier to handle in the next steps.

  4. Prepare the Pistachio Mixture:
    In a separate bowl, take the powdered pistachios, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder. Slowly add water, a little at a time, and knead the mixture to form a soft, pliable dough. Be cautious not to over-knead, as this may cause the dough to release excess oil.
