Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken, cut into preferred pieces
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
  • 1 piece galangal, bruised
  • 1 tsp TropicanaSlim soy sauce
  • 2-3 drops sucralose
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 5 candlenuts, toasted
  • 8 shallots
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 piece keto shrimp paste
  • Water, as needed
