Sautéed Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 grams broccoli, cut into florets
  • 100 grams carrots, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fried shallots, for garnish
  • Cooking oil, for sautéing
  • Royco seasoning and salt, to taste
  • Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, for marinating the chicken

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly. Massage with a little apple cider vinegar or white vinegar and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Wash and cut the broccoli and carrots as desired. Set aside.
  3. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Cook the Chicken:
