Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100 grams broccoli, cut into florets
- 100 grams carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced

- Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, for marinating the chicken
Instructions:

- Rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly. Massage with a little apple cider vinegar or white vinegar and set aside.
