    • Ground coriander to taste
    • A pinch of salt (nutrisalin)
    • A dash of Tropicana Slim soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (such as Barco)

For the Kencur Seasoning:

  • A handful of roasted peanuts (sangrai di teflon until crispy)
  • Tropicana Slim soy sauce
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 10 green bird’s eye chilies (cabe rawit hijau)
  • 1 shallot (bawang merah)
  • Kencur (adjust to taste; use more if preferred)
  • Juice of 1 lime (jeruk nipis)
  • Ground black pepper
  • Ground coriander to taste
  • A pinch of salt (nutrisalin)

For the Fresh Vegetables:

  • Lettuce leaves (daun selada)
  • Carrots (parade or thinly sliced)
  • Cabbage (kol)

Steps:
