Ingredients:
- 150 g beef liver, boiled and diced into small cubes
- 100 g carrots, diced into small cubes
- 1 stalk green onion, finely sliced
- 200 ml hot water
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Flavor enhancer (optional), to taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 50 g grated cheese
- 3 red bird’s eye chilies, finely sliced
- Butter, for sautéing

In a pan, melt a small amount of butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and coarsely chopped onion, sautéing until aromatic and translucent.
