Korean Rolled Eggs (Telur Gulung Korea) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 large eggs
  • Finely chopped carrots (as needed)
  • Finely chopped green onions (as needed)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, combine the eggs, finely chopped carrots, and green onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
