Lasagna Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/8 cup sour cream
- 1 onion
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 slices bread

- Combine sour cream, finely chopped onion, and oregano in a bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

- Take four slices of bread and spread the prepared mixture evenly on each slice.
- Place four slices of bacon on top of the spread on each bread slice.
- Add two tomato slices on each sandwich, followed by a slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Cover each sandwich with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.

- If needed, add more butter to the skillet while cooking to prevent the sandwiches from sticking and to achieve a crispy exterior.
