Ingredients:
- 12 ladyfingers
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 1 quart chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 pint raspberry sherbet
- Melted chocolate (for drizzling)
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | Tear off two 20-inch lengths of aluminum foil. |
2 | Place them on top of each other and fold over the sides to make a 9-inch wide strip. |
3 | Fit the foil into a 9×5-inch loaf pan, letting the ends extend above the long sides of the pan to cover the top when filled. |
4 | Split the ladyfingers apart and separate the tops from the bottoms. |
5 | Spoon the raspberry sherbet into the foil-lined loaf pan. With the back of a spoon, press it into an even layer. |
6 | Arrange 12 ladyfinger halves over the sherbet (make 4 rows with 3 ladyfingers each). |
7 | Top with an even layer of vanilla ice cream. |
8 | Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and chocolate ice cream. |
9 | Fold the foil tightly over the top of the loaf. |
10 | Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight. |
11 | To serve, fold back the foil. |
12 | Loosen the ends from the pan with a thin knife. |
13 | Holding the foil, carefully lift the loaf from the pan and invert it onto a serving dish. |
14 | Just before serving, spread whipped cream over the top and drizzle with melted chocolate. |
