Lemons (half) 1 (for zest and juice)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Blueberries:
    Remove the blueberries from the freezer about 10 minutes before use. Rinse them thoroughly and gently pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and powdered sugar. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to crumble the butter into the flour mixture. Work quickly to avoid warming the dough too much.

  3. Add Blueberries & Lemon:
    Add the blueberries to the mixture, followed by the zest and juice of half a lemon. As you mix, gently crush some of the blueberries with your fingers to release their juices and create a slight marbled effect throughout
