Ingredients:

Instructions:
For the Filling:

- In a bowl, beat together condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until required.
- In another bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form, then add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Transfer the whipped cream into a large piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and refrigerate until needed.
- Wash the glazed cherries, drain them, then chop them lengthwise into quarters and set aside.
For the Pastry:
- Cut the cold butter into the plain flour using a knife.
- Gently mix with your fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle chilled water over the mixture and use a knife or fork to bring the dough together into a ball.
- Roll out the dough into a thick round on a cold surface, such as marble or stone.
- Grease small tart molds and cut out rounds of pastry to fit into the molds.
