  1. Prepare the Pasta Water:
    Begin by filling a large pot with water. Bring it to a boil and add salt to taste. This water will be used to cook your linguine.

  2. Prepare the Swordfish:
    Start by removing the skin from the swordfish, then cut it into small cubes. Next, lightly dredge the swordfish cubes in flour. Set the fish aside.

  3. Flavor the Cooking Oil:
