Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step Instructions
1 Heat 2 cups of water in a skillet. 🍳
2 Add cinnamon powder, crushed black and green cardamoms, ginger powder, cloves, cumin seeds, and salt to taste. 🌿
3 Stir once to combine.
4 Add sliced kamal kakri and mix well. 🥄
5 In a separate bowl, mix gram flour into the yogurt until smooth. 🥣
6 Add the gram flour-yogurt mixture to the skillet and mix well.
7 Bring the mixture to a boil.
8 Reduce the flame and allow it to cook on medium heat while you prepare the seasoning.
9 For the seasoning, heat ghee in a non-stick pan. 🍳
10 Add hing, cumin seeds, and green chilies to the pan. 🌶️
11 Allow the cumin seeds to crackle and stir once.
12 Remove from heat.
13 Add the seasoning mixture to the skillet and stir well to incorporate.
