Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lightly oiling it.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and eggs until smooth.

  4. Add the heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, chopped chives, minced garlic, and garlic powder to the cream cheese and egg mixture. Mix well to combine.

  5. Spread 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the mozzarella cheese in the pan.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the crust is set and lightly golden.

  8. Remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the baked crust.

  9. Add your choice of pizza toppings over the sauce.

  10. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.

  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  12. Remove from the oven and let the pizza stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
