Shirataki Kebuli Lemak Sapi Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Beef Fat Broth and Beef Fat:

  • Sufficient beef fat
  • Sufficient HimSalt (or sea salt)
  • Enough drinking water

For the Accompaniments:

  • Fried eggs
  • Fried tempeh and tofu
  • Fried chicken gizzards and liver
  • Stir-fried beef fat (Gongso)

For the Fresh Vegetables:

  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 leaf of celery

For the Spice Mix:

  • 1 clove of red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 of a medium onion
  • 2 green chili peppers

For the Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon of instant kebuli seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of beef-flavored Royco seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 package of shirataki rice noodles
  • Sufficient cooking oil (preferably vegetable or canola oil)
  • 2 slices of green tomato
  • 1 package of coconut milk (klatu)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shirataki Rice Noodles:

    • Cut the shirataki rice noodles into smaller pieces and rinse thoroughly under running water.
    • Sauté the shirataki noodles in a pan until their moisture reduces. Drain any remaining water and set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef Fat and Broth:

    • In a pot, boil the beef fat with salt and enough water until tender and fully cooked. Once tender, remove from heat and set aside the broth.
    • Fry the beef fat pieces in a pan until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Spice Base:

    • In a skillet, heat a bit of cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, red onion, and medium onion until fragrant.
    • Add the green chili peppers and stir briefly.
    • Mix in the instant kebuli seasoning and cook for another minute.
  4. Combine Ingredients:

    • Pour the beef fat broth into the skillet and bring to a boil. Add the coconut milk and continue cooking until the liquid reduces slightly.
    • Add the prepared shirataki noodles to the skillet along with salt and Royco seasoning. Stir and cook until the noodles are well coated and the mixture is dry.
  5. Assemble and Serve:

    • Arrange the kebuli shirataki noodles on a serving plate. Garnish with fried eggs, fried tempeh and tofu, fried chicken gizzards and liver, and stir-fried beef fat.
    • Serve with fresh cucumber slices, tomato slice, and celery leaf on the side.
