Shelly’s Weird Casserole Recipe 🥘

Description:
Shelly’s Weird Casserole is a delightful creation that I adopted after the departure of the talented Shelly from the culinary scene. This unconventional dish is a perfect low-carb fix, especially after indulging in Shelly’s Carb Fixes. Shelly herself described this casserole as “weird” due to its lack of starchy items like potatoes, pasta, or rice, making it an ideal choice for diets like Atkins or South Beach. She ingeniously divided the ingredients into three sections, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors and textures in every bite.
