- 1/2 block of tofu
- 2 eggs
- Lontong (rice cake) or rice (as desired)

Rujak Sauce:
- 1 handful of fried peanuts
- 5 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 tablespoon of Madura shrimp paste (can use other shrimp paste)
- 1 teaspoon of palm sugar
- Salt and sugar to taste

Complementary Vegetables:
- 1 bunch of water spinach (optional)
- 1 handful of bean sprouts (short or long)
- 1 cucumber (diced)
Preparation Steps:

Prepare the Tofu and Eggs:
- Fry the tofu until half-cooked, then cut it into small pieces.
- Mix the tofu pieces with eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Fry the tofu-egg mixture until it turns golden brown.

- Grind all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
