  • 1 1/4 lobsters (or equivalent lobster meat)
  • 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 sea scallops
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions:

1 If using a whole lobster, cook it in simmering water for 20 minutes.
2 Let the cooked lobster cool, then carefully pick out the meat.
3 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta.
