Ingredients
For the Beef Curry:
- 1 kg beef, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 star anise
- 5 cloves
- 10 cm cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper

- 500 ml coconut milk (from half a coconut)

- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
