Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg (1.1 lbs) free-range chicken thighs, cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Ladaku seasoning (or your preferred seasoning mix)
- 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
- Salt, seasoning powder, and sugar to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- 2 onions, chopped

Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken pieces with ground ginger, garlic powder, Ladaku seasoning, teriyaki sauce, salt, seasoning powder, sugar, soy sauce, and chopped onions. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. -
Marinate:
Transfer the mixture to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate. Allow the flavors to meld and the chicken to marinate for at least one night. -
