Add the vegetables: Chop the Piccadilly tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

Prepare the feta and olives: Cut the feta cheese into small cubes (about 5-6 pieces per cube) and roughly chop the black olives.

Combine the ingredients: Add the cubed feta, black olives, and grated Grana Padano DOP cheese to the egg mixture. Stir everything together using a fork until well combined.

Cook the frittata: Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick frying pan with a diameter of 20-22 cm over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture and spread it evenly across the pan. Cover with a lid.
