Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 oz eggplants, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:

Prepare Meat Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb or beef with garlic powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

- In another bowl, whisk together beef or chicken broth, tomato paste, and sour cream until smooth. Set aside.
