Pasta with Tuna, Greens, and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Whole Grain Spaghetti 320g
Tuna (canned or fresh) 400g
Mixed Greens (Erbette) 120g
Cherry Tomatoes (red) 160g
Cherry Tomatoes (yellow) 160g
White Wine 50g
Fine Salt To taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper To taste
Garlic 1 clove
Fresh Chili Pepper 1
Fresh Mint A handful

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    Begin by finely chopping the garlic. If desired, remove the inner sprout of the garlic clove to prevent any bitterness. Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water, then cut them in half. Next, cut the tuna into bite-sized cubes.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics:
    Heat a small amount of olive oil in a large pan
