Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Tomato Salad

Start by preparing the side dish for your turkey cutlets. Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters. Place the tomatoes in a small bowl and add the garlic, peeled and finely chopped. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano for added flavor. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and toss to combine. Once mixed, cover the bowl and refrigerate it while you focus on the main dish.

Step 2: Prepare the Breadcrumb Coating

Begin by preparing the breadcrumb coating. First, remove the stem from the fresh chili pepper, then slice it open and discard the seeds and internal filaments. Place the chili in a small bowl. After that, wash your hands thoroughly to avoid any irritation from the chili. Next, rinse the capers to remove excess salt and chop them finely.
