Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 package herb stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
