EZ Cheesy Potatoes Recipe π₯π§
Description: Super easy and cheesy, spicy potatoes done in the microwave in about 10 minutes. One of my favorite side dishes.

Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup processed cheese with jalapeno peppers

Instructions:
Step | Description |
---|---|
1 | Scrub potatoes thoroughly. |
2 | Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. |
3 | In a 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole, combine potato slices and water. |
4 | Microwave on high, covered, for 9 to 11 minutes or until potatoes are just tender, stirring after every 3 minutes. |
5 | Drain potatoes well. |
6 | Dollop cheese onto potatoes. |
7 | Cook uncovered on high for 45-60 seconds until cheese melts. |
8 | Gently stir cheese into potatoes. |
Recipe Notes:
- Be careful when handling hot dishes from the microwave.
- You can adjust the spiciness by using more or less jalapeno cheese.
