Mini Chicken Tempe Burgers with Fresh Veggies

Mini Chicken Tempe Burgers
Ingredients:
- 10 burger buns
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 5 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 10 tablespoons chili or tomato sauce
- 10 tablespoons mayonnaise
For the Chicken Tempe Patties:
- 300 grams chicken meat
- 300 grams tempe, finely chopped
- 100 grams seasoned flour
- 4 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chicken powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Patties: - Finely chop the tempe and grind the chicken meat. Combine them in a mixing bowl with the spring onions, celery, and all the seasonings (white pepper powder, garlic powder, chicken powder, and salt).
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly, then add the seasoned flour. Continue mixing until everything is well incorporated.

Shape the Patties: - Take approximately 40 grams of the mixture and shape it into a round, flat patty. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick frying pan (teflon) over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 3 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
 
- 
Assemble the Burgers: - Slice the burger buns in half. Begin assembling your mini burgers by placing the patties on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top each patty with a lettuce leaf, a few slices of tomato, and cucumber.
- Spread chili or tomato sauce and mayonnaise on the top half of the buns, then place them on top of the burgers.
