Ingredients:
- 1 raw mango, grated
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
For Tempering:
- 1 teaspoon white urad dal
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 dried red chillies
- 1 tablespoon oil

Begin by placing the grated raw mango, coconut, coriander, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, lemon juice, salt, and 1/4 cup water into a mixer grinder. Grind the mixture to a smooth paste and transfer it to a bowl.

For the tempering, heat oil in a small pan. Add the mustard seeds and urad dal, cooking them until the dal turns golden.

Once the dal is golden, add the dried red chillies and cook for an additional 10 seconds.

Pour the prepared tempering into the chutney and mix well.
