Pudina Dahi Chutney is a creamy, refreshing dip perfect for accompanying various Indian appetizers. The combination of fresh mint, coriander leaves, and smooth yoghurt creates a flavorful and cooling chutney. Ideal for pairing with starters like Dahi Ke Kebab or Chicken Tikka, this chutney elevates your meal with its vibrant green color and zesty taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina), chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli, chopped
  • 1-inch Ginger, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, a few drops

Instructions:

  1. Begin by grinding the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, and ginger in a blender. Add a little water if necessary, grinding until smooth.
  2. Once the paste is ready, mix it into the curd (yoghurt).
  3. Add salt to taste and stir to combine, creating a creamy, light green chutney.
  4. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and garnish with a few fresh mint leaves on top.
  5. Serve the Pudina Dahi Chutney as a dip with your favorite Indian appetizers such as Dahi Ke Kebab or Chicken Tikka for a delicious starter experience.
