Meatballs in Garlic, Tomato, and Mint Sauce

Ingredients:
- 350g minced meat (chicken, mutton, or beef)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Oil for frying

- In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat with chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint leaves, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
- Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small-sized balls.
