Description: This moist bread has been in the family for as long as I can remember. I like it because it’s easily thrown together in one bowl and very moist — perfect for a snack at work or school!

Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup grated zucchini
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
3 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground clove

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.

  3. Pour the batter into two greased loaf pans, distributing evenly.
